Introduction

WicWac Inc. ("WicWac" or "we", “us”, “our”) respects your privacy and we are committed to protecting it by complying with this policy.

This Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our website at www.wicwac.com and/or our software and services provided to you by us including without limitation when you when you download, install, access, or use the WicWac mobile application (collectively, “Our Ecosystem”)

Capitalised terms not defined herein, will have the meaning given to them in our Ecosystem Rules (https://www.wicwac.com/ecosystem-rules/)

Privacy laws in Canada generally define "personal information" as any information about an identifiable individual, which includes information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person.

This policy describes:

Maintaining your trust is our top priority, so we adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:

• We have implemented appropriate security safeguards designed to protect your information in accordance with industry standards.

1. What Personal Information We Collect And How We Collect It

1.1 Completing Forms On Our Ecosystem

We collect personal information that you provide by filling in forms on Our Ecosystem. This includes information provided at the time of creating a User account and requesting further services. We may also ask you for information when you enter a contest or promotion sponsored by us, and when you report a problem with Our Ecosystem.

1.2 Registration

To create a member account on Our Ecosystem, you must provide us with at least your name, email address, contact phone number, a password and for certain accounts, your address, and you must agree to our Ecosystem Rules and this Privacy Policy, which governs how we treat your information.

You may provide additional information during the registration flow for example, your date of birth, addresses (address for service, mailing address, etc.), or media that you wish to upload and keep on record to help you build your public profile that can be visible to other users who access and use Our Ecosystem and to provide you more customized services. You will also be asked for your payment card details if you purchase certain Vendor services.

You understand that, by creating an account, we and others will be able to identify you by your profile on Our Ecosystem.

1.3 Profile Information

After you create a member account, you may choose to provide additional information on your profile on Our Ecosystem, such as descriptions of your skills, professional experience, and educational background. Other users of Our Ecosystem may provide ratings, recommendations and endorsements of you. Providing additional information enables you to derive more benefit from Our Ecosystem by helping you express your professional identity; find other Users, and information; and help other users find you.

1.4 When You Communicate With Us; When Providing Support to You

We collect personal information from copies of correspondence you send us (including email addresses), if you contact us and through details of transactions you carry out through Our Ecosystem and in the fulfillment of your orders (for example, you will be required to provide financial information when placing an order through Our Ecosystem).

When you contact us with a query, we may request further personal information to categorize your question, respond to it.

1.5 When You Use Our Ecosystem

We collect personal information when you use Our Ecosystem. For example, we collect information when you view or click on ads on and off Our Ecosystem.

When you access, and use the Our Ecosystem, it may automatically collect:

• Usage information: Including certain details of your access to and use Our Ecosystem, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through the Our Ecosystem;

• Device information. including information about your mobile device and internet connection, including the device's unique device identifier, IP address, operating system, browser type, mobile network information, and the device's telephone number;

• Stored information and files. Including metadata and other information associated with other files stored on your device. This may include, for example, photographs, audio and video clips, personal contacts, and address book information;

• Location information. Including real-time information about the location of your device.

1.6 Cookies And Similar Technologies to Collect Personal Information

We use cookies and similar technologies, including mobile application identifiers, to help us recognize you, learn about your interests both on and off Our Ecosystem, improve your experience, increase security, measure use and effectiveness of Our Ecosystem, and serve advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools. By visiting Our Ecosystem, you consent to the placement of cookies and beacons in your browser and rich-text based (e.g., HTML, etc.)emails in accordance with this policy.

When you visit or leave Our Ecosystem by clicking a hyperlink or when you view a third-party site that includes our plugin or cookies (or similar technology), we may automatically receive the URL of the site from which you came or the one to which you are directed. Also, advertisers receive the URL of the page that you are on when you click an ad on or through Our Ecosystem. We also receive the internet protocol address of your computer or the proxy server that you use to access the web, your computer operating system details, your type of web browser, your mobile device (including your mobile device identifier provided by your mobile device operating system), your mobile operating system (if you are accessing Our Ecosystem using a mobile device), and the name of your internet service provider or your mobile carrier.

We may also receive location data passed to us from third-party services or GPS-enabled devices that you have set up, which we use to show you local information (for example, Vendors in your location) on our mobile applications and for fraud prevention and security purposes. Most mobile devices allow you to prevent real time location data being sent to us, and of course we will honor your settings.

1.7 We May Create New Ways To Collect Information On Our Ecosystem.

Our Ecosystem is a dynamic, innovative environment, which means we are always seeking to improve Our Ecosystem. We often introduce new features, some of which may result in the collection of new personal information (for example, if we offer a service where additional personal information is required for a specific service and/or transaction with another User). If we start collecting substantially new types of personal information and materially change how we handle your data, we will modify this policy and notify you in accordance with this policy and, to the extent permitted by law your access and use of Our Ecosystem and updated ways to use Our Ecosystem will deem that you adhere to any revised or new privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

2.1 Consent To Our Ecosystem Processing Information About You

The personal information that you provide to us may reveal or allow others to identify aspects of your life that are not expressly stated on your profile (for example, your picture or your name may reveal your gender). By providing personal information to us when you use Our Ecosystem (e.g., to create or update an account, or offer or receive services), you are expressly and voluntarily accepting the related terms and conditions of our Website Terms of Use and Ecosystem Rules and freely accepting and agreeing to our processing of your personal information in ways set out by this policy and the Website Terms of Use and Ecosystem Rules.

You can withdraw or modify your consent to our collection and processing of the personal information you provide at any time, in accordance with the terms of this policy.

2.2 User Communications

Communications that you initiate through Our Ecosystem (for example without limitation, a request sent from a Customer to a Vendor or vice versa for an introduction or a scope of work or receipt may use your personal information such as without limitation your name, addresses, photos you attach, tax numbers, and any other personal information that you provide. Once you have connected with a User, regardless of who sent the invitation, you acknowledge and consent to your personal information being shared with that User.

2.3 Sharing Information With Third Parties

We offer a “public profile” (e.g., a Vendor can create a business store and Customers are ‘discoverable’) feature that allows you as a User to publish portions of your profile to the public Internet. This public profile may be indexed and displayed through public search engines when someone searches for your name. Unless you delete them, your profiles on Our Ecosystem are always viewable on the respective Our Ecosystem and Our Ecosystem.

2.4 Search

You can search for Users on Our Ecosystem. For example, you can find Users with particular expertise or experience and chat or “Quick Connect” with them. We use personal information from Our Ecosystem, including User profiles to inform and refine our search service.

2.5 Testimonials Placed Through Our Ecosystem

If you provide a testimonial about another User, or if a User provides a testimonial about you, we may post those testimonials in connection with our promotion of you, your account and/or Our Ecosystem on Our Ecosystem or to third parties.

Testimonials may include a User’s name and other personal information that you or they have provided.

2.6 Other Examples Of How We Use Your Personal Information

• To present Our Ecosystem and the respective content to you;

〈 To provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;

〈 To fulfill the purposes for which you provided the information or that were described when it was collected, or any other purpose for which you provide it;

〈 To carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts with you, including for billing and collection or to comply with legal requirements;

〈 To improve Our Ecosystem, products or services, marketing, or customer relationships and experiences;

〈 Your personnel information and business information may be used to verify information you provide on Our Ecosystem (e.g., such the validity of GST/HST, PST numbers, etc;

〈 In any other way we may describe when you provide the information;

〈 For any other purpose with your consent.

2.7 We May Process Your Information Outside The Country Where You Live

We may process, store, and transfer your personal information in and to a foreign country, with different privacy laws that may or may not be as comprehensive as Canadian law. In these circumstances, the governments, courts, law enforcement, or regulatory agencies of that country may be able to obtain access to your personal information through the laws of the foreign country.

2.8 Information you provide & Types of Collected information

Personal information for example, name , telephone number, address , social profile links and other contact details when you create a WicWac user account or grant permission in a third party app for authentication or other relative purposes.

Billing information; For example , your credit card and other related information such as your billing address to be able to access services through the WicWac platform Single SignOn (SSO) may be used to authenticate any user into the system. We will collect any email associated with that account and may be used to communicate with you. You may draw your consent for communication at any point with the platform by contacting us. Third party information. For example access tokens and information related to third party accounts such as Facebook and information from those pages granted when you authorise our facebook application capabilities.

3. Disclosure Of Your Personal Information To Third Parties

We will not disclose personal information except to carry out your instructions and to fulfill the purposes for which you provided it (for example, to provide your relevant personal information to another User who you have decided to engage with) and/or as otherwise outlined in this policy and/or unless we have your separate consent, unless we have a good faith belief that disclosure is permitted by law or is reasonably necessary to:

(1) comply with applicable law;

(2) enforce this Privacy Policy, our Website Terms of Use and/or our Ecosystem Rules;

(3) respond to claims of a violation of the rights of third parties; or

(4) protect the rights, property, or safety of Our Ecosystem, our members and their representatives, or the public.

We will notify you about legal demands for your personal information where we are required to do so by applicable law.

We may also disclose your personal information to a third party as part of a sale of the assets of WicWac, or as the result of a change in control of the WicWac or one of its affiliates, or in preparation for any of these events. Any third party to which we transfer or sell our assets will have the right to continue to use the personal information that you provide to us in the manner set out in this policy.

We may transfer personal information that we collect or that you provide as described in this policy to contractors, service providers, affiliates and other third parties we use to support our business and who are contractually obligated to keep personal information confidential, and to use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.

4. Other Important Information

4.1 Data Retention

Except as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, we will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

Under some circumstances we may anonymize your personal information so that it can no longer be associated with you and therefore is no longer considered personal information. We reserve the right to use such anonymous and de-identified data for any legitimate business purpose without further notice to you or your consent.

4.2 You Have to Meet Our Minimum Age Requirements

Our Ecosystem is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age or those who are minors under applicable law (“Underage”). No one Underage may provide any personal information to or on Our Ecosystem. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals Underage.

If you are Underage, do not use or provide any personal information on Our Ecosystem or make any purchases through Our Ecosystem or provide any personal information whatsoever about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address.

If we learn we have collected or received personal information from an individual who is Underage, we will delete that personal information.

4.3 How We Will Notify You When We Change This Privacy Policy

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat your personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address you have provided or through a notice on Our Ecosystem.

We include the date the privacy policy was last revised at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date, active, and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting Our Ecosystem and this privacy policy to check for any changes.

4.4 Security Safeguards; Potential Risk

Security safeguards are designed to protect the personal information that you provide in accordance with industry standards. Credit card information is protected by a third party payment processor (e.g., Stripe) when it is exchanged between your web browser and Our Ecosystem and the third party payment processor, and due to this WicWac never accesses, sees or stores your full credit card number.

We also offer secure https access to Our Ecosystem. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you transmit to us. There is no guarantee that personal information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your personal information. Our messaging and communications systems are not intended for emergencies, and you agree that you shall not use them emergencies.

Please note that emails, instant messaging, phone calls and similar means of communication are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to communicate any confidential information through these means. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on Our Ecosystem. A potential risk of a breach of personal information may result in harm to you (e.g., identity theft).

4.8 User Deletion & Data transfer

Any user may initiate their own user deletion process whereby the user can delete their account from the WicWac ecosystem. WicWac will ensure that all information associated with the specific account is deleted as well. The user may also at their own discretion request to have their account information and transferred upon their request in writing to support@wicwac.com

4.9 Third Party Links

Our Ecosystem may include links to third-party websites, plug-ins, services, social networks, or applications. Clicking on those links or enabling those connections may allow the third party to collect or share data about you.

If you follow a link to a third-party website or engage a third-party plugin, please note that these third parties have their own privacy policies and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. We do not control these third-party websites, and we encourage you to read the privacy policy of every website you visit.
