Eligibility & Approval:
This offer applies to new and recurring customers and must be approved by WicWac before activation.
Pricing & Billing Structure:
- All recurring plan pricing is in United States Dollars (USD).
- Monthly recurring fees are charged on the first (1st) calendar day of each month.
- If you subscribe after the first calendar day, your initial payment will be pro-rated for that first month. Full billing begins on the next 1st of the month.
- Recurring licensing fees are billed by WicWac Inc. and do not include any third-party payment processing fees.
Discounts & Promotions:
- Marketing offers and discounts are limited to first-time users only.
- Returning customers or users who have previously subscribed are not eligible for new-user promotions.
Annual Billing:
Unless explicitly requested otherwise, invoices will renew annually at the rates provided. Customers may choose annual billing to access available annual discounts.
Pricing Changes:
WicWac may update subscription fees with 60 days’ advance notice. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated pricing.
Currency:
All fees are stated and payable in USD (United States Dollars) unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Taxes and Duties:
Fees are exclusive of all applicable taxes, levies, or duties (e.g., VAT, sales tax), which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Refund Policy:
All subscription fees paid are non-refundable (or detail your specific refund policy, e.g., "non-refundable except where required by law").
Late Payments and Interest:
Accounts are subject to suspension if payment is overdue by 15 days. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 3% per month (or the maximum legal rate).
Payment Method Authorization:
The customer authorizes WicWac to charge the provided payment method for all applicable fees on the due date.
Subscription Renewal:
Subscriptions will automatically renew for successive periods (e.g., monthly or annually) unless the customer explicitly cancels before the renewal date.
Free Trial Limitations (If Applicable):
If a free trial is offered, state that at the end of the trial period, the customer will be automatically charged the full subscription fee unless cancellation occurs beforehand.
Suspension or Termination:
To suspend or terminate your recurring/existing licensing plan, please contact support@wicwac.com

We have worked hard to try to ensure hat the costs are fair and non-prohibitive to doing business. Our fee structure is separated into 2 different fees; a Software Licensing fee and a processing fee (stripe fees).
**The Processing fee is contingent on the total value of the transactions including tips, taxes and service fees**

All Fees are paid by the service provider.
We have worked hard to try to ensure that the costs are fair and non-prohibitive to doing business. Our fee structure is separated into 2 different fees; a Software Licensing fee and a processing fee.
