Welcome to the WicWac partnership. You build great websites and run smart marketing campaigns. Your service-based clients, however, often struggle with a chaotic backend, running their business from sticky notes, text messages, and clunky spreadsheets.
This guide provides an actionable playbook for you to solve their biggest operational problems, making your digital and marketing services even more valuable bringing you and them success.
What being an official WicWac Partner means
Becoming an official WicWac Partner means you are a trusted, approved business partner who recommends, sells, or implements WicWac for service-based companies. As a partner you act as the bridge between WicWac’s product and the end client: you help match the right businesses to the platform, onboard them, and make sure they get value quickly. Partners get access to partner-only resources, are encouraged to use the official partner logo, and the ability to offer agreed discounts or special packages to clients.

Use this section as your sales-enablement cheat sheet. It's the "Why" for both your client and your agency.
Most service businesses (plumbers, cleaners, locksmiths, etc.) are trapped in operational chaos. This leads to:
- Lost Revenue: Missed calls and inquiries that are never converted.
- Admin Overload: Too much time spent on paperwork, scheduling, and invoicing; not enough on billable jobs.
- Poor Cash Flow: Slow invoicing, chasing payments, and dealing with no-shows.
- Inconsistent Brand: Messy communication (texts, calls, emails) that looks unprofessional.
- No Scalability: Workflows are entirely dependent on the owner's memory, so they can't grow their team.
WicWac replaces this chaos with a single, mobile-first system. By integrating WicWac, you give your clients:
- 24/7 Lead Capture: An online booking system that converts website visitors into paying customers, even at 10 PM.
- Guaranteed Payments: Automatic fund verification before the job starts and secure payment processing immediately after.
- Full Automation: Automated invoices, tax-ready records, booking confirmations, and "on-my-way" reminders.
- Professional Trust: A unified client history, photo documentation for jobs (proof of work), and clear communication.
- Measurable Growth: A complete system that captures every visit, request, payment, and review, strengthening their online visibility and ability to scale.
Picking the right customers is as important as knowing how to serve them. The fastest path to success is to focus on a specific type of service business, understand their workflows, and become the go-to provider in that space. Start with these principles:
- Pick a vertical and specialize. Instead of targeting “any service business,” choose one (e.g., cleaners, locksmiths, appliance repair) and build repeatable messaging, offers, and onboarding around that group. Specialists close more deals and retain customers longer.
- Go where they already are. Most small service owners find work in local communities, Facebook groups, neighborhood boards, trade supplier shops, property managers, campus housing offices, community associations, and referrals. Show up consistently in these spaces.
- Target tech-friendly operators first. Younger owners and college/university-aged operators adopt mobile workflows faster, making implementation smoother and producing quicker success stories.
- Build relationships locally. Partner with realtors, landlords, and property managers. These groups control steady, recurring demand and are highly motivated to refer trusted service providers.
- Use offers that reduce friction. First-job discounts, low-cost diagnostics, guaranteed arrival windows, and fast booking links help skeptical operators try something new without risk.
- Help them launch with momentum. After onboarding, encourage clients to promote their booking link on social, add it to Google Business Profile, and share it with repeat customers. A strong first month increases retention dramatically.
- Turn wins into referrals. Once you’ve delivered a few successful deployments in one category, ask for testimonials, reviews, and warm introductions. Word-of-mouth is the most powerful motion in local service markets.
The goal:
Repeat the same acquisition play in a tight niche until you dominate that vertical locally, then expand into new categories with proven assets, testimonials, and playbooks.

If a client takes an offline payment (cash, check, Venmo, Zelle), they can still "Record Offline Transaction" in WicWac.
