About Me Hey I'm Scott, AKA “Smash”, and I'm a Strength and Conditioning and Nutrition Coach as well as a Muay Thai athlete from Calgary Alberta. I've been coaching full time for over 7 years and have been competing in the sport of Muay Thai since 2012, starting to train while completing my Bachelor's of Science Degree. Since I've been a full time coach I have helped many people achieve their health and fitness goals from all walks of life, from those new to their fitness journey, to athletes competing at a national, international, amateur, and professional level. My deep dive into the world of fitness, strength and conditioning, and nutrition has allowed me to help athletes from various disciplines including Muay Thai, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, running, marathoners, outdoorsmen, Jiu Jitsu, and also many just looking to improve their overall wellness, body composition, and energy! ​ I pride myself in being a coach who walks the walk. I'd never ask a client to do something I wouldn't be willing to do (or at least try!), or something I haven't done myself from experience. I have won many titles over my fight career since 2021 and these accomplishments have cemented me as one of Canada's top Muay Thai athletes. I also have a passion for strength and conditioning and sports science, and I have pursued numerous continuing education certifications and always aim to stay on the cutting edge of athletic training and conditioning methods - keeping my finger on the pulse of the industry, and working closely with other professionals in the field. ​ I am extremely passionate and love helping clients achieve their goals and see successes in their own lives and athletic careers. I am confident and experienced creating strength and conditioning sessions or online programs for people from all walks of life, abilities, and skill levels. I have worked with many teams both corporate and athletic, as well as many high school gym classes, providing Muay Thai and strength and conditioning lessons.
